Eyebrow fiber extensions, temporary root touch-ups, grey cover-ups, tattoo cover-ups. Airbrush eyeshadow, false lashes. All types of hairstyling for various styles, updo’s, down styles, braids, blowouts, hairpieces, extension applications

DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES?

All our stylists are licensed cosmetologists and work as hairstylists full time along with weddings. They provide all hair services! Cuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, hair treatments. We provide makeup and hair for many different events including pre-wedding festivities, Runway, photoshoots, print, editorial.

Artistry Behind the Makeup

 

The clients face is truly the canvas. There are many different skills and techniques, to flawless lasting makeup. Artist will assess the clients skin type, bone structure to specifically use techniques to bring out the client’s highest features, tailored to each face shape. Artist, will create a look that will best suite the face shape and look for the specific event. There are many different tactics and products used in the makeup application. The skin care regimen, color correcting, neutralizing, base application, Contour, defining the eyes, lifting the face, and using certain tricks to prevent flash back and makeup separation.

Lighting and Professional Pictures

 

Have you ever heard of the term "Flash back" Flash back, is when the makeup looks great in person but in photos, the face will be white and glowing. Usually, a person won't realize this, until the next day. viewing all the pictures friends and family are sending and tagging you in. Professional Makeup artist, have special tricks and skills ,in making the makeup look flawless, under various different types of lighting and in person. You want to look amazing outside in natural sun light and inside under dim yellow lights. And importantly, in professional quality cameras and cell phone cameras. We are experienced and prepared for all different skin types and tones. Most of the time, those who never wear makeup and aren't familiar with makeup do intend to wear it on the wedding day. Performing makeup on yourself as a bride or bridesmaid can be stressful and risky to do on the wedding day when its a foreign act. We provide makeup to all age ranges and races with airbrush makeup being perfect for all skin types, ages, skin conditions or sensitivities. Airbrush does not settle into fine lines or wrinkles, it covers dark spots and rosacea.

WHAT IS IS A VIRTUAL SESSION?

Get a personalized one on one session with Krystal the owner and founder of KC ARTISTRY. This session includes a one on one makeup application session with Krystal. During the session, she will instruct you on a personalized skincare routine, a tailored makeup routine, and a pdf by Krystal detailing skincare recommendations and makeup application tips and tricks.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Beginners or experienced. We will start at YOUR level and use what you have. This is geared for YOU.

  • Only have minimal makeup products? That's perfectly normal and ok! I use the same 5 basic products for my normal makeup routine (L'oreal is one).

  •  No need for high-end brands or a lot of makeup. After the session, you will receive a list of a makeup artist's favorite hidden gems!

  • ​A personalized product recommendation list for your skin type and makeup preference!

  • Women who wear little to no makeup, natural, or full glam!  This will benefit all. There are some tricks and tips..just waiting for you! Or makeup lovers who want the full glam look.

  • Women who do or don't already have an everyday makeup routine and want to develop one or add to it.

DETAILS

When registering for your virtual session, you will receive an email with some questions to answer. At our scheduled time on Zoom, we will be face to face and will figure out together what you want to achieve. Starting from the beginning, I will explain and demonstrate each step, with you repeating. I will be walking you through as we do our makeup together. You will create the perfect makeup routine and look that’s catered to fit your style and needs while developing your understanding and skills. 

 AFTER THE SESSION

You’ll then receive a list of recommended skincare and makeup products that I love that are best for your skin and style. You will also get the step by step instructions and tips that we went over during your appointment. I hope that you’re just as excited as I am!

MY EXPERTISE

There is a good reason, in the last two year's schools/programs have started offering virtual Pro Makeup Artist courses. Knowing first hand, how effective it is from my own personal virtual experience. I invested and completed a professional level, virtual course, one-on-one with a celebrity makeup artist, Robbie Miller. I left that course shook!  Robbie was right, it was like having him right here with me (except him being in Hollywood). I left with more knowledge and skills than I ever imagined. I can airbrush eyeshadow, airbrush eyeliner, tattoo cover-up, fill in bald spots, beards!

 Youtube Just DOESNT CUT IT

Hundreds of clients and friends have said -I just want to get a little better, doing my own makeup.  Unfortunately, there are no options out there to teach regular nonprofessionals at a nonpro artist level. With Billions of non-pro makeup users, I realized options are lacking. Youtube is about the best it gets for those not wanting to go Pro. Youtube does not cut it. If it did, we would all be makeup Pro's. Beauty and makeup is not a "one size fits all". The way one would apply makeup would be totally different for another. Face shape is EVERYTHING! I customize the teaching to reflect your personal look!
